Moving Families Forward event on Thursday, Sept. 5, will showcase model homes presented by American Legend Homes for the annual Colorado Springs Parade of Homes. The fundraising event for Partners in Housing gives community members the opportunity to view the homes prior to the official opening of the Parade of Homes. The two homes being featured are in the Sterling Ranch area of Colorado Springs. The first home, at 8111 Pennydale Drive, won the People’s Choice Award during the 2023 Parade of Homes as well as Best Floor Plan, Best Interior Design, Best Master Suite, Best Overall Home, and Best Architectural Exterior. The second home is American Legends’ 2024 Parade of Homes entry and is located at 8267 Nat Love Drive. Both homes will be available for touring during the Moving Families Forward event. The preview of homes event will include food, drinks and entertainment in addition to the home tours. Attendees can enjoy touring the properties at their leisure from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
